Jacqueline was of great help during the process of publishing my first book while assisting with the format of the manuscript to be uploaded into KDP Amazon. She also created a beautiful cover using some of my personal photographs. The content of my book is in Spanish but that did not intimidate her showing her creative and persistent spirit. When she needed information that I couldn’t provide she would look for the resources necessary to get the job done. The final product of her hard work turned out beautiful. She is approachable, respectful and accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline as part of a design studio at Columbia College developing brand concepts for SUM, the organization I founded and lead. Jacqueline was deeply inquisitive, which I deeply appreciated – not just questions about quality and whether I liked what I was seeing, but questions about who needed to feel what from the logo, colors, and more, and in particular, questions about the accessibility needs of SUM’s various partners and clients. More than anything else, I appreciated Jacqueline’s sincere desire to meeting the various needs of SUM’s community. Highly recommend for design needs!
